Rates Rates are in New Zealand Dollars. 12.5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in all rates. Hours We operate everyday except Christmas Day. Drivers Licence All drivers must have held a valid, full, driver’s licence for at least 2 years and be over 21 years of age however at our discretion a licence holder who does not meet these conditions may be acceptable but may incur a higher insurance excess. A current acceptable overseas, New Zealand or International driving licence is required by all intending drivers. No charge will be made for additional drivers. Rental Duration Rental days are calculated on a 24 hour basis from time of pickup. Additional hours are costed at 20% of the daily rate up to five hours and a full day thereafter. Payment is to be made at commencement of hire by either cash, travellers' cheques or credit card. AA Roadside Assistance All vehicles are covered by 24 hour AA Roadside Assistance. One way hires One way hires are available, repositioning fees and minimum hire period may apply. Payments Payment can be made via major credit cards, cash in New Zealand Dollars or Travelers Cheques. Payment is required at the commencements of the hire. Bond A bond is required for all hires. You will be asked to sign a separate security bond in the form of a Credit Card imprint, or give a cash deposit. This bond is held by us and is not banked. It is our guarantee that the vehicle will be returned on time and in the condition that it was hired. Cancellations Cancellation of reservations shall incur a forfeit of the 10% booking deposit. If less than 48 hours notice is given, we reserve the right to charge a maximum of 3 days hire. No Show If you are a "no show" and have not notified us at least 48 hours prior to pickup of your intention to cancel, we reserve the right to charge upto 3 days hire. Classification / Substitution We do not guarantee a specific make or model of car -- only the general classification. We will attempt to supply the class of vehicle quoted at the time of reservation but reserve the right to substitute an upgraded class -- at no additional cost to the hirer Vehicle Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions stated on the Vehicle Rental Agreement will apply Printable version
